Cultúrame™ - Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your Cultúrame™ order. If something isn’t right, contact us within 5 days at customerservice@culturame.com. All returns must be authorized.
If the merchandise is defective due to an error on our part (as opposed to shipping damage), purchase and freight costs will be reimbursed. Otherwise all freight costs related to receiving and returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
In order to receive full credit for the amount of purchased item, the merchandise must be in its original packaging and in perfect, resalable condition.
When returning an item, please include the original invoice or a photocopy. If you do not have an invoice available, please include your name, billing address, and a phone number where you can be reached along with your order number, if possible.
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment by email. Please send your return with a copy of your invoice to:
